Bethany Mota, known by her YouTube username MacBarbie07, is an American beauty guru, vlogger and YouTube celebrity. As of January 2014, Bethany Mota's YouTube channel, MacBarbie07, has over 4.8 million subscribers and over 372 million video views.

Bethany Mota was born in Modesto, California on November 7th 1995. Bethany was home-schooled along with her older sister Brittney for most of her life. In her spare time, she browsed YouTube and discovered the Beauty Community on it.

Bethany Mota created her YouTube account in 2009 when she was 14. Her first video was a haul video titled First Video :) Mac and Sephora Haul. Her most popular video is a room tour video titledROOM TOUR!!! (Macbarbie07). It was posted on June 30, 2013. As of February 2014, it has over 7 million views.

Bethan's goal was to help young girls feel confident in themselves and feel good about themselves. Despite her channel being about makeup, Bethany wants everyone to know that they're beautiful know matter what.
